I am not usually one to rant and rave, but Brad Cullipher at American Capital Home Loans performed flawlessly on this one. We were buying a home and the day we were supposed to close another lender jacked our rate up 1/2% at the closing table. I was furious and the looked up local mortgage company on the Internet and gave Brad a call. I closed today and got 4.75% on a 30 year fixed FHA loan AND closed in 10 days. Literally 10 days. It took the previous lender 45 days to get as far as we did. The whole staff was courteous and knowledgeable. I completely recommend Brad and American Capital Home Loans to anyone looking for the job to get done.
